Everyone has a roommate horror story.
But how many of those stories include an attempt at making a video before getting absolutely destroyed by their roommate swinging a big yellow caution sign?Bawdy Tales of Edo: Octopus & Sea Shell
Twitter user @ifyouwereafo knows this struggle all too well, and we hope the irony of his roommate's weapon of choice is not lost on him.

The poor guy just wants to dance and brush his teeth (as one does). But he doesn't perceive the threat lurking in the background before it's too late. His roommate sneaks up behind him and does his own dance for the camera — an innocent troll. The roommate then whips out a caution sign and wallops the dude over the head before taking the phone and continuing to dance like he didn't just rock somebody's world with a plastic board. And then, the chase is on, ending uncertain.
While the two are likely in on the joke together, it's still hilarious.
Evidently, this is not the first wild roommate incident between the two, as another video that went viral earlier this year shows the caution-sign-swinger getting caught positively shaking it in a towel in front of the bathroom mirror. At one point, someone else walks in, assesses the situation, and walks right back out. It, of course, ends with another chase-down and uncertain ending.

And then, there's this, which we won't even attempt to explain:
Roommate life with these two is obviously anything but ordinary. When it's good, it's dancing and singing and living life with a seemingly unachievable amount of joy. When it's bad, it's getting crushed by caution signs and constantly looking over the shoulder in anticipation of the next attack.
We've reached out to The Roommates for comment, and we'll update this post if we hear back.
