Let's face it -- making new friends isn't easy.
So,Germany when the opportunity to meet a new pal arises from an unusual and random situation, seize it because that person could soon become your new BFF.
A common iMessage glitch united Twitter user Cassidy and a stranger in an interesting exchange about an allergic reaction Cassidy was trying to tell her mom about. However, although she thought she was texting her concerns to her mom, Cassidy's messages somehow made it into this stranger's inbox and, well, confusion ensued.

At first, the conversation is hairy. Cassidy swears there's no way she could be texting her mom's number and getting replies from a stranger's phone. The person wants absolutely nothingto do with Cassidy's technology problems, and warns her to stop texting the number. A few insults are thrown around, and so far, it doesn't look good for this blossoming friendship.
But if you think it's over for these two, don't give up on them yet. Things take a turn when Cassidy sends a picture of her red arm, thinking that it would somehow reach her mom.
The stranger, in a turn of events, is suddenly concerned, and tells Cassidy that she should probably have that rash looked at. This person is invested now, and even tries to diagnose Cassidy through text.
If you're just dying to know what happened to these two and Cassidy's arm, she posted an update with the status of their friendship. They are "cool."

Regarding the exchange, Cassidy said, "I thought it was hilarious because she's a complete stranger to me and went from being super mad at me to being very concerned. I made a friend out of this issue though and I'll probably update her when my arm is healed. I apologized to her about the inconvenience and she was completely okay with it."
Cassidy's arm is slowly healing, and her mom resolved the iMessage issue with T-Mobile.
It's not everyday we see a happy ending such as this one, but we're glad the instability of technology brought these two together.
Don't count out those "wrong number" texts too soon -- you could be missing out on a new BFF.
