Petflair is a company out of Sydney, Australia which aims to specialise in creating custom swimwear and accessories, but only featuring your furry best friend.

Behind the startup is Tyler Martin, Charlie Gearside and Brittany Bloomer, after Martin was asked by his friends to print a swimsuit of their Bernese Mountain dog, as a bit of a joke.

One thing turned into another, and now they're aiming to raise A$15,000 (US$11,900) on Kickstarter to make the pet printing project a reality.

Bloomer, who is also the founder of Pound Paws — an organisation connecting potential owners with pets on death row in pounds — wanted to find a way "to not only raise funds for the charity, but showcase the amazing companionship and love which owners can have with their pets."

You can choose between three different one-piece swimsuits for women, while in the men's collection there's only the choice of swimming briefs. Say it loud, wear it proud.
