Hey, rebel girl! Are you ready for a teenage uprising?
Directed and produced by Amy Poehler, Moxiefollows 16-year-old Vivian (Hadley Robinson), who gets fed up with the toxic status quo and decides to do something about it.
After a new student (Alycia Pascual-Peña) arrives at her high school, Vivian, inspired by her mother's wild past, releases an underground zine to put her fellow students' bad behavior in check. This ends up bringing the ladies together for a feminist revolution — and it sure looks like mad fun.
Feisty teenagers? Newfound friendships? Rock 'n roll spirit? We love to see it.
