In celebration of International Women's Day on Thursday the actress shared a photograph of herself wearing a Dior "We should all be feminists" shirt on Instagram.
Chastain captioned the image, "FEMINISM: the theory of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes," but shortly after posting was criticized by a woman for calling herself a feminist andbeing pro-choice.

Karin Schulz commented, "Yes feminist that believe in God and stand up for The Unborn. I would be for that kind of feminist."
Rather than ignoring the comment or responding with negative words, Chastain showed Schulz some serious love.
"Yes you can decide what is right for you. I am pro-choice and I believe that everyone has the right to make their own decision," the actress wrote. "I read about your journey to become a mother and it broke my heart. I hope that your dream will come true in 2018! Much love to you ❤️ "
As it turns out, Schultz and her husband had been trying to have a baby for more than a year and a half but conception has proved to be extremely challenging.
Chastain located Schulz's GoFundMe page, which was started to raise money to pay the cost of infertility treatments not covered by her insurance company, and donated $2,000 to help the couple out.

Thanks to Chastain's donation the couple has now raised $3,215 of their $5,000 goal.
When she's not spreading love on Instagram Chastain serves as an active supporter of women's rights, fighting for equal salaries and supporting the Time's Up campaign to fight sexual harassment across all industries.
Talk about a class act. We are not worthy.
