Who would020 Archivesthunk that the viral beauty blog of the moment would be from someone who knows nothing about beauty?
Tanya Hennessy is a radio host based in Canberra, Australia, and her recent, refreshingly honest beauty "how to" went viral because, well, it's so damn real.
In it, the funny AF 31-year-old says things like "I've had [this brush] since 2002 and I've never washed it," and whispers "I have no idea what I'm doing."
You and us both, girl.
SEE ALSO: Some 'Beauty and the Beast' fans think the Beast is actually the hot onePerhaps it's the fact that she's "boringly normal," as she told news.com.au recently. Perhaps it's the candid moments in her videos -- like yelling "I'm filming!" at her boyfriend in the background. Perhaps it's that her videos (all of them, really) relish in those awkwardly relatable behind-closed-doors encounters in the lives of young women.
Either way, she's winning plenty of praise.
Behold: Her personal take on the highly annoying habits of people when getting their hair done.
And getting their makeup done.
And going to get a Brazilian wax.
And more of that sweet beauty commentary.
The comments new fans have been leaving Hennessy sum up our "please be our best friend" feelings pretty well.
As one of them writes: "This is totally hilarious because it is SO true! This made me so happy and crack up. Thank you for being 'real' like the 'other' half of us!!!"
