Taylor has embraced the slithering snake identity she's been dubbed with and has declared that the old, good-girl Taylor is officially dead. But many people still aren't buying it.

Kahn has already had to speak out against the Beyoncé copy-cat rumors, and he does have a point here. Taylor once received death threats for simply calling out her ex-boyfriend in a song, and she's currently receiving plenty of hate online after releasing her video.

Taylor's rebranding may be a bit jarring compared to the old, "dead" Taylor's shiny reputation, but the effectiveness of the way she's deciding to shed her skin is still up for debate.
